- Set clear expectations: guide,
develop and recognise your team
- Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers

What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisor role
- Hold at least one of the following mining leadership qualifications:
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (WA)
- S123/G189 Mining Supervisor ticket (QLD)
- S10 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (NSW)
- B or A Grade NZ Statutory Supervisors ticket
- Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions
- Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
- Valid Australian manual drivers’ licence or New Zealand (Class 1)
- Location: Snowy River Gold Mine Project – Reefton, New Zealand’s South Island
- Roster: Even-time, family friendly roster
- New Zealand residents are encouraged to apply
