Join Bupa as a Roving Quality and Education Manager, based in Kempsey, overseeing Regional NSW locations including Hunter Current England, Upper Hunter, Northern NSW and Mid North Coast. You will coach care home teams to achieve high quality resident outcomes and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead governance, drive PCI items, complete monthly Quality Indicator Reports, and deliver hands-on quality support while building capability
