Zerra is seeking a Planning Manager – Pre-Construction for Western Downs Digital Park in regional Queensland. You will own the integrated pre-construction programme for the remaining digital park and shared campus infrastructure, coordinating DA, design, permitting and procurement through to financial close.
The role collaborates with Planning Strategy, Site Permitting, Legal and Finance to keep multiple buildings on track, manage governance, and deliver a repeatable handover into construction.
