TIMG is recruiting for a full time Service Desk / ICT support role in Australia’s NSW region, with responsibilities across Allied Express Bankstown and TIMG South Strathfield in Sydney. You will resolve routine IT incidents, support device provisioning, software installs and workplace applications, and manage user tickets from inception to resolution.
You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking basics, with opportunities to develop toward Level 2 responsibilities
