The Role

Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential projects from concept through to detailed documentation, working closely with architects and architectural designers to ensure quality outcomes.

- Leading residential projects from concept design through to documentation.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables and design quality.
- Mentoring and supporting architects and architectural designers.
- Coordinating with internal development and construction teams.
- Ensuring documentation meets relevant standards and compliance requirements.
- Contributing to the delivery of townhouse and medium-density residential projects.

- Mentoring and supporting architects and architectural designers.

- Contributing to the delivery of townhouse and medium-density residential projects.

About You

- Qualified Architect with strong experience in the Australian residential sector.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead or mentor a team.
- Proficient in Revit, with strong technical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
- Townhouse or medium-density residential experience highly regarded.
- Mandarin language skills advantageous.
