The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking an experienced People Experience Improvement Lead to drive a 12-month program to simplify and redesign People & Culture services across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead governance, measurement and advantages realisation while partnering across Recruitment, People Services, People Information, Immigration and People Systems to embed sustainable improvements beyond the program.
