Visible is a small, long-standing Perth agency, lean and nimble by design. We're built differently: tech-driven, systemised, and focused on one thing, real outcomes for our clients. The agency runs on VisibleOS, our own framework that takes a business from clarity (vision, audience, offers) to authority (positioning, content, distribution) to leverage (workflows, automation and AI). Instead of selling ads, SEO, AEO, websites and email as separate services, we join them into one strategy where each piece builds on the last. About the role:

You’re the person our clients trust. You own a book of clients end to end: you understand their business, shape the strategy, get the team to deliver it, and make sure the client always knows what’s happening and why.

You won’t be doing every channel yourself. We have team members for ads, SEO, content, design and dev. Your job is the glue: coordinate the team, keep the work moving, spot when something’s off, and be the calm, clear voice the client hears. You’ll need enough technical literacy across Google Ads, Meta, SEO and tracking to know what good looks like and when to dig in, but you won’t be doing it all yourself.

who’s focused on growth and the direction of the business and needs someone he trusts running the client side. As we grow our group programme, you’ll help bring it to life.
This role suits someone who thrives working independently. You’d be the hub, coordinating a trusted team of specialists who deliver online, not managing an in‑house team on an office floor. If you want real ownership with flexibility, this is it.

Key responsibilities:

Own the client relationship: comms, approvals, monthly catch-ups, and the honest conversations when needed.

Shape and adjust each client’s strategy across ads, SEO, content, website and email, using VisibleOS to join it up.

Coordinate our team and keep it all moving in Asana.

Spot and chase problems: tracking, ad approvals, lead flow, site and form issues. Know when to fix it yourself and when to brief a specialist.

Run the monthly client updates: check the numbers, tell the story behind them, and recommend what’s next.

Keep a real check‑in rhythm, catch churn risks early, and spot ways to grow the work.

About you:

You’ve done time in an agency and had to touch a bit of everything.

You’re a generalist who can hold the whole picture.

You’re a people person first: calm, clear, and trusted by clients even when the news isn’t great.

You actually care about doing good work, not just ticking the box.

You’re a natural problem‑solver who chases things down.

You’re organised, reliable, and work well autonomously.

You’re highly AI‑skilled and comfortable with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Asana, Google Workspace and Slack.
