The Buttery is seeking a Youth Case Manager to deliver developmentally appropriate, youth-centered, trauma-informed care to young people aged 12–24. You will work with families, carers, schools and youth services to improve outcomes for those facing alcohol and other drug concerns and related mental health challenges.

The role is full time, 35 hours weekly, based in Port Macquarie with hybrid work, outreach and occasional home-based tasks.
