The IRONMAN Group Melbourne is seeking a Store Manager, Merchandise for a permanent Full time position. You will lead on-site merchandise stores at events across Oceania, manage inventory, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Based at the Melbourne office, you will travel extensively to events and other offices, recruit and train casual staff, and work with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure profitable store delivery.
