Forklift Operator & Operations Assistant – Full Time

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with day-to-day operational support for our Operations Manager in Western Sydney.

Key responsibilities

- Safely load, unload and move pallets using a forklift
- Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing orders
- Pick, pack and check orders accurately
- Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks
- Assist with inventory records, delivery coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks
- Help manage stocktakes and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures
- Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly

About you

- A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience




- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- A proactive and versatile approach to different tasks
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
