We’re currently seeking an experienced Payroll / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client on a temporary basis, commencing ASAP through to 1 February 2027.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours, with the ability to work around other commitments.
The Role
Working across both payroll and accounts receivable, you’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day financial processes running smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Managing accounts receivable and following up outstanding payments
- Raising invoices and allocating payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with reconciliations and general accounts duties
- Responding to payroll and accounts-related queries
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced across payroll and accounts receivable
- Confident using MYOB – essential
- Accurate and organised with robust attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Available to commence ASAP
What’s on Offer
- $40+ per hour
- 4 days per week – 9am-2pm
- ASAP start
- Temporary contract through to 1 February 2027
