About the Role
As a Production Machine Operator, you will be the cornerstone of our manufacturing process, responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to produce top-notch food products. Your expertise will help maintain efficient operations, meet production targets, and uphold our commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and oversee production and packaging machinery to achieve daily goals.
- Conduct routine adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic machine checks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Monitor product quality and swiftly identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Complete accurate production and quality control records.
- Strictly follow GMP standards, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with packing, labelling, and prepping finished products for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Report machinery faults, safety hazards, or production issues to supervision promptly.




- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed production targets.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience operating production or packaging machinery is preferred.
- Committed to following food safety and hygiene procedures, including GMP standards.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or beverage production.
- Familiarity with production records and quality documentation.
- Available for casual work between 20-30 hours per week.
