Help grow one of Australia’s fastest-growing decking brands.

ClickDeck is an Australian-designed and engineered modular decking system, featured on high-profile projects including The Block and Marvel Stadium. With a growing customer base and an expanding national stockist network, we’ve got big plans ahead.

We’re looking for someone hungry to grow, who follows through without being chased, and who’s genuinely great with people: builders, trade customers and our own team. You’ll work directly with the director to grow new business and strengthen customer relationships, with a clear path to a senior BDM or sales leadership role.

Building or construction products sales experience is highly regarded.

The Role

- Turn quotes into sales. Own the follow-up of high-value quotations and work closely with our estimating team to convert opportunities.

- Build relationships and repeat business. Become the trusted contact for builders, trade customers and stockists.

- Grow our customer network. Identify and engage new builders, merchants, architects and specifiers, and help expand our national stockist network.

- Work smarter with technology. Use HubSpot CRM, email campaigns, automated sequences and AI to engage customers at scale and manage structured follow-ups.

- Represent the brand. Run purposeful customer visits, product demonstrations and stockist training.

- Drive sales growth. Work with the director and marketing team on sales plans, weekly sales reviews and performance tracking.

How the week works

Around 3–4 days a week you’ll be at our Knoxfield head office owning the sales pipeline. That means following up quotes, running HubSpot sequences, planning customer strategy with the director and working alongside our estimating team. The other 1–2 days you’ll be out with builders,



merchants and stockists, with visits planned around genuine opportunities. There’s occasional interstate travel, roughly 3–4 days every 2–3 months.

Who We’re Looking For

- You follow through. You manage your own pipeline and commitments and never need reminding.

- You’re warm and respectful with everyone, from a builder on site to our warehouse team. We’re a close team, and how you treat colleagues matters as much as how you treat customers.

- You’re hungry to learn. You pick up new products, tools and AI quickly and take feedback well.

- You’re confident on the phone and enjoy turning a quote into a sale.

- You’re organised and computer-savvy, and comfortable in HubSpot or a similar CRM. HubSpot experience is highly regarded.

- Building or construction products sales experience is highly regarded.

- A current driver’s licence is required.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days you’ll know the ClickDeck system inside out, be following up every open quote within agreed timeframes, and be building a growing list of builder and stockist relationships.

You’ll have clear weekly activity goals and regular check-ins with the director.
