We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator - OEM to support our busy National OEM Manager. The role improves responsiveness, accuracy and completion of customer requirements, thereby enabling the National OEM Manager to focus on strategic account management, customer relationships, commercial negotiations and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Support the National OEM Manager with day-to-day sales and customer coordination.

Assist with quotations, pricing, customer correspondence and sales documentation.

Maintain customer forecasts, order schedules, account information and action registers.

Coordinate order, stock and delivery information across internal teams.

Prepare sales reports, presentations and customer review materials.

Coordinate customer meetings and follow agreed actions through to completion.





Monitor outstanding actions and proactively escalated potential supply, order or customer‑service issues.

Help improve processes, reporting and communication to deliver a responsive and professional customer experience.

What You Bring

Experience in sales coordination, customer service, account administration or a similar position.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion.

Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Experience with ERP, CRM, quotation or order-management systems is desirable.

Experience in automotive, transport, manufacturing or industrial components is desirable

This is a full‑time role based at our Melton facility.

Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and have full, unrestricted work rights. This includes Australian or Recent Zealand citizens and permanent residents. A Pre‑Employment Medical assessment may be required, and reference checks form part of our recruitment process.
