Location: Wollongong, NSW
(Approximately 1 hour south of Sydney. A beautiful coastal city offering a safe lifestyle and a lower cost of living.)

Positions Available
• Chef (2 Positions)
• Cook (2 Positions)
• Kitchen Hand (2 Positions)
• Front of House (FOH) All-rounder (English required) (2 Positions)
• Restaurant Manager (English required) (2 Positions)

Job Responsibilities

Chef / Cook / Kitchen Hand
• Food preparation and cooking
• Preparing ingredients
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
• Assisting with daily kitchen operations

Front of House (FOH) All-rounder
• Greeting and serving customers
• Taking orders and operating POS
• Food and beverage service
• Opening and closing duties
• General front-of-house operations
• RSA certificate essential

Restaurant Manager
• Managing daily restaurant operations
• Supervising and supporting staff
• Customer service and resolving customer issues
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Rostering and ensuring smooth daily operations

Who Can Apply?
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential
• Full training will be provided for beginners
• Reliable, responsible and motivated people interested in long-term employment

Pay
• AUD $27–$40 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and position)
• TFN holders are essential
• Weekly/Fortnightly pay




• Qualified Chefs or Cooks applying for employer sponsorship may be offered an annual salary package in accordance with Australian employment regulations
