Eucalyptus is a consumer digital healthcare company behind a family of clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) covering men's health, fertility, skincare and preventative health. It operates across Australia, the US, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada, serving millions of patients, and is part of the Hims & Hers group. Its mission is to deliver personalised, high-quality care that helps patients live better for longer.
The role
The Group Product Manager leads one of Eucalyptus's core consumer product areas within the international platform that serves both the Eucalyptus and Hims & Hers brands. The role owns one or a combination of high-impact problem spaces — including medication management and treatment adherence, behaviour change and habit formation, progress tracking and health insights, community and peer support, clinical engagement and coaching, and multi-condition health journeys. You report into and work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, alongside clinical leadership, design, data science and engineering. You also manage and grow a team of product managers on the Insights team.
What you would do
- Set the multi-year vision and strategy for your product domain, working with the Chief Commercial Officer to define the bets the team makes and what it chooses not to pursue.
- Take products from idea to measurable patient impact, owning delivery end-to-end and shipping to every market Hims & Hers operates in.
- Connect product decisions to real health outcomes, using data and user insight to understand what is working and what needs to change.
- Manage, coach and grow product managers on the Insights team, raise the bar on hiring, and act as a force multiplier across the team.
- Own company-level engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics that appear at the OKR and P&L; level, making prioritisation and trade‑off calls with cross‑functional and global stakeholders.
- Set a high standard for product craft and decision‑making, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive,
trustworthy and consistent with the brand.
- Identify non‑obvious shifts in patient behaviour, market structure or regulation, and feed those reads into company strategy, not just product roadmaps.
What they are looking for
- 8 or more years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping products that moved real user and commercial outcomes.
- First-principles problem‑solving ability: you can break down ambiguous problems, build a focused strategy and take ideas from zero to impact.
- Commercial and analytical rigour: you interpret quantitative and qualitative signals, connect product decisions to P&L;, and stay focused on measurable outcomes.
- Solid product sense and taste: you can tell the difference between a feature that technically works and one that genuinely lands for users.
- Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership: you have a track record of setting direction and leading through uncertainty on first‑of‑their‑kind problems.
- Ability to influence without authority: you build credibility across teams, stakeholders and leadership through the quality of your judgement and storytelling.
- Leadership capability: you make the people and teams around you better and set craft standards that raise the bar.
- BasedinSydney, or willing to relocate; right to work in Australia required (visa sponsorship availability not confirmed).
Working arrangements
The role is based at Eucalyptus's Sydney headquarters (AU - HQ - NSW). The application form asks about office and remote working preferences, suggesting some flexibility may be available, but no formal hybrid or remote policy is stated.
Pay and benefits
The salary range is AUD 200,000 - AUD 230,000. Additional benefits include a learning budget, access to conferences and certifications, parental and miscarriage leave, personal development and personal days, an Employee Assistance Program, catered wellness talks, exercise classes, free barista coffee, funded social clubs, and quarterly events. International mentorship and travel opportunities are also available.
