Your recent role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of site and yard operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will lead operational teams, oversee modular building installations and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the execution of modular building installations, retrofits and service works.
- Overseeing project delivery, cost control, quality assurance and compliance documentation.
- Leading operational, yard and installation teams while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Coordinating contractors, trades and project stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Managing hire fleet operations and maintaining assets to company standards.
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies and client site requirements.
- Supporting project programming, resource allocation and operational improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful,



you will be an experienced operations or construction leader with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage people, projects and stakeholders.

You will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in construction, project delivery or operational management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Construction White Card and Site Supervisor Licence.
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction, or currently working towards completion.

Previous experience within modular construction, building services or a similar operational leadership role will be highly regarded.
