Dom's Motors is a family-owned dealership group in Griffith, and we're entering an exciting growth phase with a renewed leadership team driving it. We have fresh energy, big ambitions and real momentum. We need a Sales Manager who wants to own the result.
What you'll do:
- Lead from the front. Coach and drive a team of sales consultants, plus stock control and detailing.
- Own the numbers. Set the KPIs, review every consultant's pipeline weekly, and hit target every month.
- Grow fleet. Build business, government, ag and trade accounts across four brands.
- Run stock like a business. Get smart ordering, quick turn and sharp used car appraisals.
- Deliver for the customer. Make sure quotes go out quickly,
follow-up is tight and the experience is first-class.
- Partner with the brands. Work with BYD, Mazda, Subaru and RAM to keep standards and compliance on point.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Operations Manager to keep both sites firing.
What you bring:
- Sales Manager experience, or a senior sales professional ready for the next step
- A track record of hitting targets and growing gross profit
- Leadership that lifts people and holds them accountable
- Strong stock, appraisal and CRM/DMS skills
- Fleet experience and EV knowledge (a big plus)
