· Proven experience in Asian cuisines, particularly dumpling making, and wok cooking

· Solid skills in menu and recipe development, budgeting, and implementation

· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment

· A hands-on management style with the ability to lead and direct kitchen staff effectively

· Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Strong commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional standards

· Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures

· Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
