The Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a team of motivated paralegals to work closely with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for a growing number of Australian and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Document review and preparation
- Contract negotiation
- Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects
- Developing AI prompts and playbooks
- Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers

Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of legal procedures and be able to support our team in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting legal research and analysis

- Assisting with discovery and evidence collection
- Organising and maintaining legal files

Qualifications
