Entry-level prospect with structured training and long-term growth potential

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support AI-assisted content production and SEO delivery.This role is ideal for someone with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and theability to maintain focus on structured, process-driven tasks. Full training will be provided.

$25–$60 per hour (based on experience) · Flexible contractor arrangement · Remote-first

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

You will work directly with the founder to assist in delivering high-quality content and SEO execution for clients.The role is structured and process-driven, with clear expectations and training provided.

Content Editing & Proofreading

Review and refine content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and professional presentation.

- Identify and correct grammar and spelling errors
- Improve structure and readability
- Maintain tone consistency and brand alignment

AI-Assisted Content Development

Utilise AI tools to draft and enhance content while applying critical thinking and quality control.

- Generate and refine structured drafts
- Fact-check and remove low-quality output
- Ensure final deliverables meet internal standards

SEO Process Support

Assist in executing internal SEO frameworks designed to improve client rankings.

- Follow structured checklists and workflows
- Maintain organised task management
- Learn and apply foundational SEO principles





Candidate Profile

Skills & Attributes

We are primarily hiring for mindset, discipline, and writing quality. Experience in marketing or SEO is advantageous but not essential.

Essential Requirements Core Competencies

- Exceptional grammar and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to focus on structured, repetitive tasks
- Reliable communication and time management
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems

- Experience in marketing or SEO

Work Structure & Compensation

Contract Arrangement

Location: Fully remote. Optional weekly co-working session available in Rowville for local candidates.
