What's on offer
$50-$65/hr - top of range for A-grade with 5+ years experience across strata, residential and construction combined
Take-home vehicle, fuel card and tolls covered
Primarily North Shore and Northern Beaches based. 7am start, 3:30pm finish
Optional after-hours callouts, paid at a minimum 4 hours
Uniform and PPE provided
Fortnightly catch-ups with the directors
Paid birthday off
About the role
Your day is set before you start. Straight to your first job from home, deliver the gold standard our clients expect, flag any safety concerns and give clear advice, then write it up in Fergus Go with photos and materials. On to the next job.
Your responsibilities
Diagnose electrical faults and provide clear, honest solutions
Carry out residential and strata repairs and maintenance
Rough in and fit off new builds and renovations
Gather accurate quote information on site for the office to price
Liaise directly with customers on the day and keep them informed
Write up jobs in Fergus Go so the office can invoice same day
Guide and supervise an apprentice on site
Consistently deliver work to a high standard
Who we're looking for
Current NSW Electrical Licence
5+ years across strata/residential maintenance, and residential construction projects
Strong communicator, comfortable advising clients face to face
Takes pride in tidy, high-quality work
Comfortable using a phone app for job notes and photos
Happy to lead and nurture an apprentice
Current NSW driver's licence - our vehicles are manual

We work with homeowners, builders and strata committees on everything from fault-finding and switchboard upgrades to renovations, new builds and ongoing strata maintenance.
