- You have at least 4 years of experience across HR or people and culture
- You're ready to take the next step and grow into a broader HR leadership role
- You're confident, personable, and naturally build strong relationships
- You love working with people and genuinely care about creating a positive workplaceYou're comfortable advising managers and navigating different personalities
- You're organised,

- Become the go-to person for all things HR across the business
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on people matters
- Manage recruitment from initial brief through to offer
- Create a brilliant onboarding experience for new starters
- Support managers with day-to-day HR advice and guidance
- Coordinate performance reviews, employee development and HR initiatives
- Help shape a positive, engaging and inclusive workplace culture
- Review and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
