What You’ll Be Doing

Driving prospecting and new business development

Securing listings and building a strong personal pipeline

Managing vendor relationships from appraisal through to settlement

Conducting buyer follow-ups, open homes, and private inspections

Running high-quality sales campaigns with attention to detail

Maintaining an active CRM and database

Building a recognisable presence in the Craigieburn market

Representing Reliance with professionalism and confidence

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential sales (desirable but not essential)

A strong listing and negotiation mindset





Confidence in generating your own business (not relying on handouts)

High energy, resilience, and consistency in follow-up

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-focused environment

A genuine ambition to grow market share and personal brand

Requirements

Local market knowledge (preferred but not essential if you can build it quick)
