We work in partnership with a School Reference Group, Senior Leader Community Engagement, three Aboriginal Educational Officers, the Aboriginal community, and the Nowra Local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group to promote cultural understanding and connection to Country. Our school focuses on excellence in education with a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy. All staff engage in continuous professional learning informed by current evidence-based pedagogy. Students, families, and staff collaboratively develop personalised learning pathways, fostering shared ownership of student goals. As a school that values restorative practices and student voices, NEPS upholds the values of being safe, respectful, and responsible learners. Our commitment to quality education and authentic care aims to ensure that students are supported to thrive academically, socially, and culturally.
