Opportunity:
Full mouth rehabilitation, veneers and smile design, orthodontics and transparent aligner therapy, and advanced implant surgery all sit within the scope of these two dentist roles at a private practice in Mornington. Mentorship in cosmetic, surgical and implant dentistry is part of both roles, so the more advanced end of the work is open to a dentist who wants to grow into it.

The first role runs Wednesday to Saturday, with every Saturday preferred and three Saturdays in four or alternate weekends also considered. It takes over from a long term dentist who leaves behind a strong existing patient following. The second role covers Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, plus one Saturday a month, and replaces a clinician who is returning overseas at the end of the year.

You will work alongside more than a dozen dentists with different areas of interest, so there is always a colleague to discuss a complex case with, and someone to learn from the first time you take on a new procedure. Dentists here work with autonomy and clinical support, and the practice is known for ethical, high quality care.

The practice looks after families across generations, from children’s dentistry under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule through to dentures and veterans’ care. The scope includes gum disease, wisdom teeth, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, sleep dentistry and implants, delivered in modern facilities with advanced technology. Patients can claim private health cover on the spot, and Afterpay and payment plans are available for larger treatment.

About You:
You hold current AHPRA registration with no restrictions and bring at least two years of Australian clinical experience. You are competent across general and restorative dentistry and communicate clearly and warmly with patients and colleagues.

You are committed to your own professional development and want to build skills in areas such as smile design, clear aligners and implant surgery. You value learning from experienced colleagues,



and you hold yourself to a high standard of patient care and ethical practice.
