About You:
You are an experienced Dental Receptionist who takes real pride in the patient experience. You communicate clearly, stay organised when the day gets busy and are comfortable working with dental practice management software, health fund claiming and payment arrangements.

Dental reception experience is required. Experience supporting patients through treatment quotes, payment plans or nervous patient care, such as sleep dentistry bookings, would be viewed favourably. You are reliable, adaptable and happy to work as part of a close team.

Opportunity:
A Perth dental practice with several dentists on the team is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist on flexible days.

The practice offers a genuinely broad range of care, including general and cosmetic dentistry, implants, dentures, wisdom teeth removal, Invisalign, sleep dentistry and emergency appointments. That breadth means your role goes well beyond answering the phone. You will help patients understand their options, coordinate bookings across multiple dentists and keep every visit running smoothly.

The team puts weight on training and upskilling, so you will be supported to keep developing your skills rather than simply being handed a roster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a warm, professional first impression in person and by phone




- Coordinate bookings across several dentists and treatment types
- Prioritise and schedule emergency and toothache appointments
- Explain payment options and process health fund claims
- Support patients who feel anxious about treatment
- Work with the clinical team to keep the day on track
- Keep patient records accurate and confidential
