Project Officer

Rate: $52p/hr + Super

Location: Geraldton

Commence: 9/11 - 7/5/2027

NPC: Less than 6 months prior to commencement

Main Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Project/Contract Managers with;

o Delivery and/or review of projects

o Preparation of Project Plans and/or Contract Documentation

o Reporting on Project Progress, Performance and Issues

o Research Related Projects

· Provide support with the development, maintenance and improvement of project and/or contract management processors, systems and guidelines

· Assist with undertaking contract payments, claims and variations

· Provide Project Support and Assistance with;

· Scheduling and implementing project tasks, activities, milestones cost and funding budgets

· Scoping, project development, design, delivery and review of projects

· Development, co-ordinating and reviewing project close out activities including lessons learned

· Improving safety in the workplace and monitoring of contractor’s safety performance

· Build and maintain team-oriented working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
