Working closely with the Property team, you will play a key role in the administration and coordination of lease management activities across a substantial property portfolio. The business manages many of its assets internally, with strong capabilities across leasing, property management, development and property law.

The Role Reporting to the Property Manager, the Lease Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of lease documentation, critical lease dates, tenant communications and property records. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented property professional looking to further develop their career within a high-performing property team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update lease information across property management systems.
- Monitor critical lease dates including expiries, rent reviews, options and market reviews.
- Prepare lease documentation, correspondence, notices and tenant communications.
- Coordinate execution and storage of leases, renewals, licences and related legal documents.
- Support leasing negotiations through preparation of leasing reports and documentation.
- Manage tenant and landlord records, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing,



outgoings reconciliations and rental administration.
- Liaise with external solicitors, agents, valuers and consultants as required.
- Prepare property portfolio reports and support asset management activities.
- Provide administrative support across leasing, property management and development projects.

About You

- Previous experience in lease administration, property administration or commercial property management.
- Understanding of retail and commercial leasing principles.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using property management software will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
