Project Manager – Residential Construction | 5-Month Contract Dubbo, NSW | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $5 million residential construction project in Dubbo, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional to take ownership of a significant residential project on a 5-month contract, with an immediate start available.
The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a $5 million residential construction project.
- Oversee project programming, scheduling, budgets and cost control.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site personnel.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively manage delays and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, building codes and relevant regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project reporting.
- Manage quality assurance, inspections, variations and defect rectification.
- Drive a robust safety culture and ensure project milestones are achieved.

About You To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential construction sector.
- A strong track record delivering residential construction projects of comparable scale and complexity.
- Excellent leadership, subcontractor management and coordination skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- A sound understanding of construction methodologies, programming and WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to hit the ground running and deliver results within a tight timeframe.
- The ability to work in Dubbo for the duration of the contract.
