What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based on site in Rocklea, Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities and supporting the safe, accurate and timely movement of fresh produce to our customers.

Working closely with the operational and sales teams, you will lead the receipt, storage, selection,



loading and dispatch of produce while maintaining strong safety, quality and inventory standards. You will also support workforce planning, allocate daily resources and help develop a capable and engaged warehouse team.

As the market operates overnight, working hours for this position will generally be Monday to Friday, between 2:00 am and 11:00 am, with occasional weekend work depending on business requirements. Applicants must be available to work within these hours to be considered for the role.

What you'll do:

- Run the day-to-day warehouse operation.
- Lead, support and motivate the team.
- Make sure work is completed safely and on time.
- Coordinate stock receivals, picking and dispatch.
- Manage rosters and daily priorities.
- Keep inventory and pallet records accurate.

What you'll bring:

- Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Experience in warehousing, transport, produce or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
