Your Role

Working in partnership with the Centre Director, you will:

- Assist with the day-to-day management of the centre in line with legislation, regulatory requirements and Little Saints policies.

- Mentor, guide and support educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

- Collaborate on staff rostering and daily operations.

- Promote continuous improvement, compliance and best practice.

- Build positive relationships with children, families, educators and external stakeholders.

- Support centre tours,



enrolments and orientations to create a welcoming experience for new families.

- Champion child safety and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment.

You will bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.

- Knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Standard and Victorian Child Safe Standards.

- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in mentoring and supporting a team.

- A proactive, positive and skilled approach.

- Patience, kindness, empathy and a genuine passion for children's learning and development.

- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one, and willingness to undertake a National Police Check.

Previous leadership or room leadership experience would be highly regarded.
