About us
Stitch Coffee started with a straightforward idea: coffee is a tapestry, woven from origins, farmers, roasters and the people who drink it. We roast our own, source ethically, and take coffee seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.

The role
Weekends are our busiest days, and we need all-rounders who thrive on them. One minute you’re pulling a shot, the next you’re taking an order, running food, clearing a table or restocking the fridge. It’s fast and it’s busy, and it’s a lot more fun with the right crew.

The roles are casual, Saturday and Sunday, at Broadway, QVB or Marrickville. For the right people there’s scope for weekday shifts and a path to full time.

What you’ll be doing

- Looking after guests: warm, quick, and remembering the regulars

- Moving between the machine, the register and the floor as service needs





- Making coffee to our standard, every cup

- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised

- Backing up your teammates. If something needs doing, you do it

What we’re looking for

- Barista experience in a busy, high-volume café

- Confident on the register and comfortable talking to customers

- Calm, quick and organised when the line is out the door

- Available every Saturday and Sunday, plus public holidays

Nice to have: specialty coffee experience, latte art, or time on La Marzocco, Tone, Uber, Fetco or Wally gear. We’ll train you on our setup.
