The role

We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to work closely with our senior property manager. This is a support role with plenty of time out on the road, so it suits someone who enjoys being active, meeting people and keeping things organised. Whether you're fairly new to the industry or have 1 to 3 years under your belt, you'll be well supported as you build your skills.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out routine inspections and preparing transparent reports with photos

• Completing ingoing and outgoing condition reports

• Logging maintenance requests and coordinating tradespeople through to completion

• Running leasing inspections and open for inspections





• Managing keys and keeping the key register accurate

• Answering tenant and landlord enquiries by phone and email in a timely, friendly way

• Data entry and general admin support for the property management team

• Helping with other tasks across the department as needed

About you

• Victorian Agent's Representative registration, or willing to obtain it

• Current driver's licence and a reliable, presentable car

• Some experience with property software such as [PropertyMe/Console, confirm], or keen to learn

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Organised, reliable and comfortable managing a busy diary

• A friendly, professional manner with tenants, landlords and trades

• Fairly new to the industry or with 1 to 3 years' experience in property management or leasing
