Beauty Therapist | Part-Time

Everywhere Beauty | Cremorne & Lane Cove, Sydney

For more than 15 years, Everywhere Beauty has helped women across Sydney’s Lower North Shore look and feel their best through expert skin treatments, brows, lashes, tanning and beauty services.

We're looking for a fully qualified Beauty Therapist with at least two years' experience who combines exceptional hands-on treatments with confident consultations and personalised recommendations.

You're passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin and love being part of their journey. From welcoming each client and understanding their goals to recommending personalised treatments, products and complementary services, you take pride in making every visit feel personal.

You'll guide clients through their treatment plans and homecare, celebrate their progress and build the kind of lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Along the way, you're motivated by achieving treatment, retail and rebooking goals, bring initiative and a positive attitude, stay curious and love learning. You're also happy to occasionally get involved in social media content.

What you'll be doing

- Providing skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans.

- Performing facials and advanced skin treatments, including skin needling.

- Delivering brow services, lash lifts and tinting.

- Performing waxing, including female Brazilian waxing, and spray tanning.





- Recommending products and complementary services that support each client's goals.

- Encouraging consistent homecare and rebooking to achieve lasting results.

What we're looking for

- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a minimum of two years' industry experience.

- Strong practical skills across skin treatments, brows, lashes, waxing and tanning.

- Confidence in consultations, treatment recommendations and homecare.

- Experience building client relationships and achieving retail and rebooking goals.

- A professional approach, initiative, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client care.

- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for ongoing learning.

- Availability for 3–4 days per week, with flexibility to work across our Cremorne and Lane Cove locations when required.
