The Role
Manage own client portfolio
Oversee complex tax compliance and advisory matters
Deliver advice across CGT, Div7A, FBT, GST, restructures and tax planning
Review work and mentor junior staff
Manage workflow, WIP, budgets and team performance
Work closely with Partners on client strategy and growth initiatives
Ideal Requirements
Currently operating at Senior or Supervisor level in public practice
Robust technical, client management and leadership skills
Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
