About the Role

Step into a meaningful position where you'll support clients with daily living activities — from personal care and meal preparation to medication assistance and community access — all within the comfort of their home. Every shift is a chance to change someone's day for the better.

What You'll Bring:





- At least 6 months' experience in disability support role
- A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Current paid employee Blue Card
- Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team
- A smartphone with internet access
- Two recent skilled references (from supervisors)
