Harmony Australasia is conducting a pivotal HR Superintendent role for the Eva Copper Project in North Queensland. You will lead HR across construction, workforce planning, recruitment, IR, and wellbeing to deliver on schedule and within budget.
This is a two-year fixed-term contract reporting to Construction Manager, with in office/rostered duties and DIDO/FIFO options from various North Queensland locations. You will drive governance and workforce analytics.
