Eatons Hill Hotel offers a premium and versatile conferencing experience, featuring up to20 adaptable spacesdesigned to accommodate a range of client needs and atmospheres. Our facilities include multipleboardrooms, conference suites, and a multi-level ballroomcapable of hosting up to600 guests, complemented by ouraward-winning 90-room boutique accommodation.

About the Role

TheConference & Functions Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our corporate meetings, conferences, and private functions. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to providing professional, high-quality service with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the setup, execution and breakdown of corporate meetings, conferences, and private functions
- Lead and support conference and functions staff during service
- Maintain presentation standards across all conference and function spaces




- Work collaboratively with the broader operations team to deliver polished client experience reflective of our award-winning standards.
- Monitor service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Liaise effectively with kitchen, bar and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Uphold venue safety, hygiene, and RSA compliance standards

About You

- A minimum of 2 years experience in conferences and functions is most ideal
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Versatile availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
