Estia Health Wattle Glen in Melbourne's north-east is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/RN/Clinical Care Coordinator to join as Care Director. This full time role reports to the Residential Aged Care Manager and focuses on clinical excellence and resident wellbeing.

You will lead nursing staff, manage budgets, develop care programs, and ensure compliance from stock to reporting. A background in aged care and current AHPRA registration are essential.
