Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Leading and engaging the team during busy service periods
- Supervising restaurant, bar and in room dining operations to ensure smooth day-to-day service
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving guest enquiries with confidence
- Training and supporting team members to meet Novotel service standards
- Preparing and serving quality espresso coffee, cocktails and other beverages
- Providing bar service, and being responsible for cash handling and POS transactions
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety
- Monitoring rosters and staff schedules to meet operational requirements
