As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and sourcing the right parts to keep trucks and fleets operating efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and identifying heavy vehicle parts requirements
- Providing exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining solid customer relationships
- Liaising with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Assisting with stock enquiries and inventory availability
- Contributing to branch sales and service targets
