Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent & Organisational Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Head of Talent & OD, you will play a key role in designing and delivering learning, leadership, talent and organisational development initiatives across Bapcor.

This is a highly hands-on role where you will take ideas from concept through to implementation. You’ll design learning solutions, facilitate programs, develop capability frameworks and support broader talent and OD initiatives. Working closely with P&C; Business Partners and senior leaders, you’ll help build the capability our people and leaders need to succeed now and into the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deliver blended learning programs across digital, facilitator-led, social and on-the-job learning channels.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs for frontline, mid-level and senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain behavioural,



technical and leadership capability frameworks that support career pathways, development and performance.
- Support organisation-wide talent and OD initiatives including performance, succession planning, talent management, engagement and culture.
- Partner with P&C; Business Partners and leaders to identify capability needs and develop practical solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Manage the implementation of learning and OD programs, including stakeholder engagement, communications, governance, LMS administration and rollout.
- Use people data, learner feedback and evaluation measures to assess effectiveness and continuously improve programs and initiatives.
- Support organisational change and capability initiatives while bringing contemporary learning, leadership and OD practices into Bapcor.
