Performance Marketing & Campaigns Manager

Access Wealth is a quick-growing property investment advisory firm helping everyday Australians build long-term wealth through smart, evidence-based property investment strategies. We're scaling rapidly and looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Performance Marketing & Campaigns Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

About the role

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for an experienced performance marketer who thrives on analysing data, optimising campaigns and converting marketing investment into measurable business results. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, external agencies and internal teams, you'll take ownership of campaign performance, lead quality, channel optimisation and supplier relationships. You'll have the autonomy to challenge existing approaches, identify opportunities and influence how we scale our marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

Oversee Meta and Google agency performance while independently managing and optimising campaigns across emerging platforms, including TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit

Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI, translating data into actionable commercial insights

Identify funnel gaps, improve lead quality and optimise the customer journey from initial enquiry through to acquisition

Manage external marketing partners and lead providers, ensuring accountability against agreed performance targets

Oversee campaign tracking,



attribution and reporting using GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager and Conversions API

Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation and campaign improvements to maximise marketing investment

Partner with Sales, Creative and RevOps to strengthen marketing effectiveness and drive sustainable growth

About you

5+ years' experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or paid media

Demonstrated success managing and optimising paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms

Strong technical knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, pixels and conversion tracking

Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets

Proven ability to improve lead quality, conversion rates and campaign ROI

Strong analytical capability with a commercial, results-oriented mindset

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge the status quo

Experience with HubSpot, financial services, property or other high-consideration customer journeys will be highly regarded
