ROLLER in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to line-manage a team of engineers while continuing to ship code. You’ll set technical direction and participate in delivery most days.

The role focuses on backend in C# / .NET, AWS, and Angular frontend, with scale-driven challenges across memberships, payments, and loyalty. You’ll mentor staff, help interview, and drive performance. The position reports to the Engineering Manager in a hybrid Sydney setup.
