Dezign Pod is a boutique digital marketing agency in Carrum Downs working with venues, hospitality, wellness, trades and retail brands across the Mornington Peninsula and Greater Melbourne. We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media & Content Assistant to join our small team and grow with us.

? Carrum Downs office
? Plus on-site client filming across the Mornington Peninsula & Greater Melbourne
? Casual, 1–3 days per week, with potential to grow into a full time role
? Current driver’s licence required

What you’ll be doing

Planning strategic content for a mix of clients

Heading out on-site for client filming days

Designing stories, posts and grid layouts

Editing Reels in CapCut (or your preferred editing platform)

Helping manage client social media accounts

Learning videography and photography along the way

Assisting with admin tasks

What we’re looking for

A genuine eye for design and a real passion for marketing and social media

Confidence using Canva and CapCut

A creative,



proactive approach with plenty of fresh ideas

Someone invested in the role and excited to grow with us

A team player who’s open to learning and trying new things

Nice to have (but we’ll teach you)

Camera or filming experience

Experience with Adobe programs

This could be perfect for you if you’re

Studying social media, marketing, design, communications or similar

Looking to get your foot in the door in digital marketing, design or social media

Naturally creative and love making content for your own socials

Keen to turn your love of social media into a real career
