We collect doctor's day to day workplace involvements for the purpose of driving performance, coaching wellbeing and seamlessly fulfilling regulatory requirements. We provide a cost-effective superior CPD Home platform that can be used universally by all clinicians across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Canada to allow a single verified communication platform for reliable and efficient free trade of safe medical workforce. Our Aim, Desire and Purpose is to take Controlled Chaos and create Compartmentalised Clarity - Supporting Industry whilst Elevating & Protecting Doctors. Our team is hands on, positive, resilient and growth focused and ready to work in a startup environment with a big vision.

Role Requirements

PPP recognises that culturally safe practice is an essential component of quality healthcare and professional development. Cultural safety is not achieved through a single training activity, policy, statement or organisational initiative. It requires ongoing reflection, learning, accountability, relationship‑building and improvement.

PPP's Cultural Advisory Panel provides PPP's CPD Home program with strategic, independent and culturally informed advice, including but not limited to

- Support and advice on culturally secure continuing professional development for medical practitioners
- Input into PPP's formal annual CPD program evaluation cycles
- Recommend changes to cultural safety resources, suggested resources and/or changes to existing practice to better support cultural safety
- Guide and advise on the development and review of policies, resources,



communications and educational activities where cultural considerations are relevant;
- Support respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, organisations and professionals, as required;
- Contribute to improved healthcare experiences and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through the professional development of doctors

In collaboration with PPP's Cultural Advisor, Cultural Advisory Panel members are required to contribute to formal Panel meetings twice per year and an adhoc advisory basis, as required. These paid positions are for individuals of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, who identify and are accepted as such. Experience in medical education is highly relevant to PPP's core business in supporting medical practitioners to maintain professional standards through continuing professional development, reflective practice and continuous improvement, but not essential for these roles.

What we are seeking

We are seeking Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander doctors to guide how PPP supports medical practitioners to learn about and practise culturally safe care. They exude a positive and resilient growth attitude and are ready to work in a start‑up workplace that has a big vision. They have a track record of exceptional communication, problem solving and attention to detail and an ability to demonstrate how they have contributed to relevant Role Requirements in previous roles, including pivoting with changing business needs. They are competent and experienced in the Role Requirements , with appropriate qualifications and/or references to support this. They show initiative and accountability, are happy to work at both top and bottom of scope to achieve business objectives and proactively contribute to an awesome team culture.

Following organisational policies and procedures and Workplace Health and Safety requirements, acting with professionalism and integrity, maintaining business and member confidentiality and treating all internal and external stakeholders with respect at all times is a given.
