Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, People Process & Governance to lead governance and continuous improvement of People processes across the employee lifecycle. You will work with HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Finance and Tech to design scalable, compliant practices and improve the employee experience.
You will drive standardization, maintain process maps and SOPs, and partner with HRIS teams to optimize Workday workflows while supporting global and regional operations.
