Your new company Hays Construction has partnered with a leading builder with an established track record delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use and high-rise developments across Queensland.With a major apartment project currently under construction, they are seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to join the site-based team and play a key role in maintaining the project's strong safety standards.Your new role Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior HSEQ leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the safe delivery of this landmark development while fostering a proactive safety culture across all levels of the project.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting regular site inspections and safety auditsFacilitating toolbox talks and pre-start meetingsMonitoring subcontractor safety complianceReviewing SWMS and high-risk work activitiesInvestigating incidents,
