Transport Coordinator and Warehouse Operator

MUVE Logistics is a growing national third-party logistics provider. We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Transport Coordinator and Warehouse Operator to join our Queensland team based in Carole Park.

This is a genuine dual role combining daily transport coordination with practical warehouse work. You’ll help schedule and monitor deliveries while also supporting the warehouse team with loading, unloading, forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

MUVE Logistics is a growing national third-party logistics provider. We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Transport Coordinator and Warehouse Operator to join our Queensland team based in Carole Park.

This is a genuine dual role combining daily transport coordination with practical warehouse work. You’ll help schedule and monitor deliveries while also supporting the warehouse team with loading, unloading, forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

About the Role

- Coordinate daily transport movements and delivery runs.
- Schedule drivers and allocate transport work.
- Prepare run sheets, consignments and transport documentation.
- Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams.
- Monitor deliveries and respond to delays or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate information and updates in TransVirtual.
- Coordinate customer delivery bookings and time slots.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Pick, pack,



receive and dispatch freight.
- Complete stock movements and general warehouse duties.
- Assist with container unloading and pallet movements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Support the wider Queensland team wherever required.

About You

- Previous transport coordination, allocation or dispatch experience.
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience.
- A current LF forklift licence.
- Experience using TransVirtual or a similar transport management system.
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and transport compliance.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence dealing with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritise changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and accurate attention to detail.
- A reliable, versatile and hands-on attitude.
- The physical capacity to complete general warehouse duties.
- Availability for early starts when required.

High-reach forklift experience would be advantageous.
